This Privacy Policy covers "Car Radar" application. The app name translates into German, Italian, Polish as "Auto Radar", into Spanish as "Radar de coche", into French as "Radar de voiture", into Italian as "Auto Radar", into Portuguese as "Radar de carro", into Russian as "Авторадар" and into Turkish as "Araba radarı". These are names for the same app in different language translations. The default name of the app is "Car Radar". And further in this document we will refer to the application as "Car Radar", "App" or "Service".
Mikheev Aleksey is the author and owner of the app. He built the Car Radar app as a Free app with in-app purchases and ads. This service is provided by Mikheev Aleksey as is.

Service uses the following information for its operation
- Foreground location of car parking lot using GPS
- Background location of car parking lot using GPS
- Activity Recognition data as provided by Android OS
- Start time and duration of car parking
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. It uses AdMob to show ads.

Foreground Location Data
This application uses Google location services to obtain device location when the application is in the foreground. This information is used to save parking location of your car only and remains on your device. It is never transmitted to any servers.
Background Location Data
Application collects location data in the background even when the app is closed or not in use. It uses Google location services for this. To enable application to do this you need to accept background location permission. By accepting this permission you allow app to collect background location data and process it. This data is used only to determine GPS location of your parked car and nothing else. When app receives message from Activity Recognition that you leave your car, Service sends GPS location request in the background to get location of your car to save. This is the only case when the app requests background location. It remains on your device and is never transmitted to any servers.
Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device.
